Product context

GuestMe is a hospitality platform that helps restaurants manage reservations, table allocation and guest communication in one interface.

The system combines booking widgets, operational dashboards and integrations with messaging, POS and delivery platforms.

Operational complexity

Restaurants manage reservations from multiple channels and tools, making table coordination difficult during peak hours.

Bookings can arrive through website widgets, phone calls, messaging platforms and reservation aggregators. Without a unified operational interface, hosts often switch between systems while manually coordinating table availability.

The goal of this project was to design a clear operational workspace where restaurant teams could manage reservations, assign tables and communicate with guests in real time.

Reservation management

All reservations from different sources are collected in a single operational view. The interface helps hosts quickly understand booking status and guest details. Key elements include:

The core interface allows restaurant staff to quickly scan upcoming reservations, identify table assignments and manage guest requests in real time

Table management

The floor plan visualizes the restaurant layout and table availability in real time. Hosts can quickly see which tables are occupied, preparing, or available and assign reservations directly from the layout.
